Md. Rezaul Ahsan is a highly experienced public servant with over 32 years of service in the Government of Bangladesh. He started his career in the 8th Bangladesh Civil Service (Administration) Batch. He has worked in many important roles, including Secretary of the Rural Development and Cooperative Division under the Ministry of LGRD & Cooperatives.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ahsan has been involved in creating policies to help reduce poverty, support rural development, and promote cooperative businesses. He has played a key role in programs related to micro-credit, small industries, and empowering rural women.
He has also gained international experience by visiting more than 20 countries and participating in training programs focused on governance, finance, and public administration. His deep knowledge of both national and global development issues makes him a valuable leader in public service.
Currently, he continues to contribute his vast knowledge as a Senior Consultant, where his strategic vision and deep understanding of Bangladesh’s socio-economic landscape are invaluable assets in shaping policy and development initiatives.
