Role Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and analytical Research Officer to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in manuscript preparation, statistical methods, and data analysis to support our mission of publishing impactful research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and edit academic manuscripts to ensure they meet high publication standards.
- Analyze research data using advanced statistical techniques and present findings effectively.
- Provide technical support to authors and researchers in data interpretation and statistical applications.
- Collaborate with editorial teams to ensure timely publication of high-quality journals.
- Conduct literature reviews and prepare reports to assist in editorial decisions.
- Maintain and update research databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Data Science, Research Methodology, Public Health or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manuscript preparation and academic writing standards.
- Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS, or Python) and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with authors and editorial teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
