Dr. Prafulla Chandra Sarker, or Dr. P.C. Sarker as he is widely known, is a Bangladeshi academic and social worker who has dedicated his life to improving the lives of others. Dr. Sarker’s academic journey began with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Throughout his career, Dr. Sarker has held prestigious positions at universities across Bangladesh, China, and Hong Kong. He has served as a professor of social work and anthropology, a Dean, and even a Vice Chancellor. Dr. Sarker is not only an educator but also a prolific researcher.
