Salary Range: 45,000 to 65,000 BDT (Depends on Expertise & Experience).

Position Summary
The Research Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and implementation of research projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research including team management and data management. He / She will be responsible for guiding a team of researchers, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects are aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop, manage, and implement research strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
– Lead a team of researchers, providing direction, support, finance, and performance management.
– Analyze and interpret data, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
– Manage research budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
– Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support research needs and objectives.
– Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations in all research activities.
– Prepare research reports, proposals, and presentations for senior management.
– Stay current with industry trends, emerging research techniques, and innovations.
Qualifications and Requirements
– Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Masters in Public Health (MPH) is an advantage for this position
Or
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Anthropology, Social Science, Statistics, etc.).
– Strong knowledge of research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
– Proven experience managing research projects from conception to completion.
– Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., STATA, SPSS, R, NVivo, etc.).
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
– Experience in grant writing and proposal development.
